Mutual Trust Essential for Healthy Relationships, Asserts Dr. R.N. Kumar

Dr. R.N. Kumar, CEO, Spoorthi Performance Solutions, Mysuru, inaugurated a Personality Development camp organized for the students of the Ayurveda, Speech and Hearing, and Nursing Colleges, by the Sri Veerasimhasana Mahasamsthana Math, Suttur, in association with the Sri Shivarathreeshwara Dharmika Datti and JSS Mahavidyapeetha, held at Suttur, by lighting the camp. Mysuru, April 23, 2024: In a recent personality development camp organized for students of JSS Ayurveda, Speech and Hearing, and Nursing colleges at Sri Sutturkshetra, Dr. R.N. Kumar, CEO of Spoorthi Performance Solutions, Mysuru, highlighted the indispensable role of mutual trust in fostering healthy relationships.

During his talk on ‘Healthy Relationships,’ Dr. R.N. Kumar underscored that trust serves as the cornerstone of any meaningful relationship. “Mutual trust is a prerequisite for nurturing strong bonds between individuals. Effective communication further enhances this mutual understanding. However, to embark on this journey, one must first focus on self-awareness and personality development,” he noted.

Additionally, Dr. N. Shashikala, Assistant Professor at Mandya Institute of Medical Science, stressed the significance of time management in achieving success. “Success in life hinges on the adept management of time. It is imperative to meticulously plan daily tasks and develop the ability to execute them systematically,” she emphasized.

Meanwhile, Sri Sunil Halapeti, Deputy Superintendent of the Yadavagiri Post Office Division, Mysuru, underscored the importance of adopting a healthy lifestyle for physical and mental well-being. “A healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, hydration, exercise, and yoga, is vital for overall health. Learning from practices in countries like Japan and Korea, we must prioritize our mental and physical well-being by shunning unhealthy habits,” he remarked.

The personality development camp, blessed by His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Mahaswamiji, commenced with group prayers, followed by yoga and meditation sessions. Participants also engaged in traditional games and presented a cultural program, fostering a holistic approach to personal growth.

Over 233 students from Ayurveda, Speech and Hearing, and Nursing colleges actively participated in the camp, demonstrating their commitment to self-improvement and holistic well-being.
